Managed AI, but you hold the keys.

Most AI products want you to send your data to their servers. Cortex is the opposite. It's a Cloudflare Worker plus a small set of workflow definitions that PAL installs inside your own Cloudflare account. Your Anthropic key, your storage, your access policies. When we're done, you own the system end-to-end.

Workflow catalog

A library of reusable Claude-powered workflows — deal briefs, research digests, meeting prep, proposals, inbox triage. New workflows are JSON files; adding one takes minutes, not a release cycle.

Per-user memory

Markdown context files stored in your own R2 bucket. Every workflow call loads the relevant memory, then uses Anthropic's prompt caching to cut cost and latency on stable context.

Scheduled agents

Overnight cron jobs run workflows headless and drop the output into an artifacts bucket or a Slack channel. Research digests, pipeline summaries, and daily briefs show up before you open your laptop.

Access-gated by default

Cloudflare Access protects every route. Your identity provider, your policy, your audit log. No separate auth system to manage.

Workflow-as-data
Workflows are JSON. The catalog grows through use — not through engineering tickets.

It's a Cloudflare Worker and a handful of files. If you ever leave PAL, you still have the system.
