Platform & Account

How do I reset my FloorOps password?

Visit the login page and click "Forgot password". A reset link will be sent to your email. If it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam or contact support@precision-ai-labs.com.

How do I add users to my organization?

Admins can invite users from Settings → Team. User limits depend on your tier: 3 users (Essentials), 10 users (Professional), 25 users (Business), or unlimited (Enterprise). Users receive an email invite to create their account.

What browsers and devices does FloorOps support?

All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. The Shop Floor Tablet View is optimized for 10-inch+ tablets. A dedicated iOS and Android mobile app is in development. Chrome on Android tablets or Safari on iPad is recommended for shop floor use.

Data & Compliance

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. FloorOps uses Row Level Security (RLS) so each organization's data is completely isolated at the database level. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). No other customer can access your production records.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Contact support@precision-ai-labs.com to request a full export in JSON or CSV format. FDA-regulated facilities can receive structured exports compatible with validation documentation. Exports are typically fulfilled within 2 business days.

Is FloorOps validated for FDA 21 CFR Part 11?

FloorOps includes electronic signatures, tamper-evident audit trails with hash chain verification, and an IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation package (Business and Enterprise tiers). Your facility executes the validation protocol; FloorOps provides the platform and supporting documentation.

Billing & Subscription

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation with read-only access so you can export it. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting all records before canceling.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Contact richard@precision-ai-labs.com to discuss plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Note that downgrading may require reducing user count or features to match the new tier.

Getting Help

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@precision-ai-labs.com with a description, screenshots, and steps to reproduce. Include URGENT in the subject line for critical production bugs. Feature requests from multiple customers are accelerated.

What is your support response time?

Email support responds within 1 business day for standard issues. Critical production bugs marked URGENT receive same-day response. Sales and onboarding questions via richard@precision-ai-labs.com are typically answered within a few hours during business hours.
