FloorOps — A Complete MES & Quoting Platform for Injection Molders

A complete MES & quoting platform — built from scratch

What happens when a manufacturing engineer gets tired of broken workflows and decides to build the tools himself? A 47-module platform covering ERP, MES, QMS, quoting, compliance, and more — designed for the way injection molders actually work.

FloorOps is our proof of capability. Not a pitch deck. Not a mockup. Working software built from real shop floor experience. FDA 21 CFR Part 11 architecture. ISO 13485 compliance infrastructure. From concept to functional platform.

// THE PROBLEM WE SOLVED

Built for manufacturers who were underserved by legacy ERP

These are the exact types of operations we now help through AI consulting and workflow automation.

Plastic Injection Molders

Custom and proprietary molders running 10 to 200+ presses. FloorOps was designed to replace the patchwork of spreadsheets, legacy ERP, and paper systems — with real-time production visibility, integrated quality management, and automated compliance documentation.

Contract Manufacturers

Multi-customer, multi-facility operations that need audit-ready traceability, customer-specific workflows, and real-time visibility across every program. Full lot traceability from raw material to shipped part.

Medical Device Manufacturers

FDA-regulated shops that need eDHR, validated processes, and full lot traceability. FloorOps was built QMSR-ready (21 CFR Part 820) with full ISO 13485:2016 compliance hub, 21 CFR Part 11 e-signatures, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation infrastructure.

Questions about FloorOps

Is FloorOps available as a product?

FloorOps is currently a portfolio project and proof of capability — not a commercially available product. It demonstrates our ability to design, architect, and build a full-scale manufacturing software platform from scratch. If you need custom manufacturing software, we'd build something tailored to your operation through our Workflow Automation track.

Why did you build FloorOps?

FloorOps was born from frustration. After years of managing programs in medical injection molding, our founder built the tools his team actually needed — starting with inspection report automation and growing into a full 47-module platform. It exists to prove we understand manufacturing operations deeply enough to build real software, not just slide decks.

What technologies is FloorOps built with?

FloorOps is built with modern web technologies: Electron for the desktop app, Node.js and SQLite for the backend, and a modular architecture designed for manufacturing workflows. It demonstrates our technical capability across full-stack software development, database design, and manufacturing domain modeling.

Can you build something like FloorOps for my operation?

Yes — that's exactly what our Workflow Automation track (Track 2) is for. We don't resell FloorOps as-is, but we use the same engineering approach to build custom automations and tools tailored to your specific workflows, systems, and compliance requirements.

Ready to see what we can build for you?

FloorOps is what we built for ourselves. Let's talk about what we can build for your operation.
